Returns & Refunds Policy

Because our items are exclusively produced on-demand specifically for you at the time of purchase, we do not hold inventory. As a result, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.


Damaged or Defective Items

We stand by the premium quality of our products. If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we will happily offer a free replacement or a full refund subject to approval.

To resolve a defective item issue:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving the product at faresralph@hotmail.com.

  2. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the defect or damage.

  3. We will evaluate the issue and process a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Lost in Transit

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. If the tracking information states an order was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the local courier directly.


Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs clearance
  • Weather or external factors beyond our control

European Union Customers

According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament, the right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period) does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized. Since our apparel is printed on-demand specifically for your order, EU sales are final unless defective.


Agreement to Policy

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy, including the nature of made-to-order products and the limitations on returns and refunds.


Governing Law

This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
