Order Processing Time
All products are made-to-order and processed after purchase. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days before shipment.

Once shipped, delivery times are estimated as follows:

  • GCC & Middle East: 5–10 business days

  • Europe & United Kingdom: 5–12 business days

  • United States & Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the courier.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
